Shipping, Return and Exchange

We hope that you are always satisfied with the products you purchase from us, but if for any reason you regret your purchase, we offer an extended return policy on all our products. With our Rest-assured Guarantee, you have a 100-day return policy on all our goods. 


We deliver all our packages with DHL for a flat fee of €6. You will receive an e-mail or SMS from DHL after purchase to choose/change pickup place.

Our normal delivery time is 1-3 days with DHL. Orders received on weekends will be shipped on the early following Monday. If there should be any delays with the delivery (without us notifying you of an extended delivery time), please contact our customer service.

When the package is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can always contact us via email if you want to inquire about the status of your order.

Fees are paid through the online store in advance, so you won't have to pay for customs and additional fees when ordering from us.


Our rest-assured Guarantee provides an extended return policy.

You have a 100-day return policy on our goods starting from the day you receive the item. You have the right to return unopened products or products with unbroken packaging. This is because we cannot sell bed sheets and towels that have been opened or taken out of the packaging. Therefore, please double-check the size and take an extra look at the color through the packaging before opening the product. The same applies to items from our Homewear collection where the label has been removed, so remember to try on the items with the label attached.

  3. Once you've been notified that the return is approved, you can drop off your package at the nearest DHL service point.

You are responsible for the return

It is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches us, even though we cover the return cost. Send an email to if you need any help with the return.


If you are to receive money in connection with a return, this will be done via Visa/Mastercard or Klarna. The refund will take place within 14 working days after we receive the product from you, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

The same rules apply in case of cancellation of purchase due to delayed delivery from us.


If a defect or deficiency is discovered in a product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering this and indicate that you wish to invoke a defect (complaint). You can report defects and deficiencies in the products to

We reserve the right to forward claims to the manufacturer or subcontractor for further assessment of any defects and deficiencies.

If you take action on your own initiative to remedy the defect beyond what has been agreed with MYYK AS, we will not cover these expenses.

Want to exchange a product?

If you want to exchange something you've purchased for a different item, you need to fill out our return form, and choose exchange and the item you want to exchange to. If you have any questions regarding an exchange, please don't hesitate to contact us at

In orders that haven't been shipped, we can easily make changes before it's sent out. If the order has been shipped, you need to fill out the return form and use the return label to return the items so we can send you new ones.

Items like bed linen and towels that have been opened/taken out of the packaging cannot be resold. Therefore, remember to double-check the size and take an extra look at the color through the packaging before opening the product.

Unclaimed packages

If a package delivered to your local pick-up location is not collected, we reserve the right to charge 15 Euro for the shipping and handling costs associated with this for us.
