Shipping: We ship with DHL. Choose between home delivery, and delivery to your chosen service point (you will receive a link to choose your service point after the shipment is sent from our warehouse).
Payment: Pay with credit card or invoice through Klarna or NETS Easy. We also offer MobilePay, Swish and Trustly.
Returns: We hope that you are always satisfied with the products you purchase from us, but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we offer an extended right of withdrawal on all our products. You have a 100-day right of withdrawal on our goods from the day you receive the item. You have the right to withdraw from products that have not been opened or where the packaging has been broken.
Bed linen and towels are hygiene products, and therefore we cannot resell opened items to other customers.
Exchanges: If you have ordered incorrectly and the packaging is unopened, you can return the item and receive the correct item within 100 days.
